1. Refund Policy: – Due to the nature of our club membership cards, which grant access to exclusive club amenities and privileges, the amount you are paying is non-refundable. This is why we provide enough time to potential purchasers to make this life time decision. In future the circumstances may change, and till then the membership card remains non-refundable. However, after three years it’s transferable to another family member or friend after the due process.
2. Replacement Policy for Lost Membership Cards: – In the event of a lost membership card, we offer a replacement of card free of cost. – To request a replacement card, please contact the AFOHS Club main office either in person or via phone or email but the member must provide statement under oath that he has lost his card. – Replacement cards can be collected in person from the main office or dispatched to the provided home address.
